Tyler Petrides
Tyler spent the last decade building marketing and growth engines for some of the most recognized names in sports and entertainment. He has consulted on long-form organizational and commercial strategy for clients across the NFL and motorsports, led national campaigns, and managed creative direction for high-profile product launches. He holds an MBA and previously founded and exited his own consulting firm before turning his attention to home services. At Dandee, he leads vision, brand, and go-to-market. He is convinced the trades deserve the same caliber of design and storytelling he built for the world's biggest names.
Rob Norrholm
Rob is an operator, developer, and lifelong builder. He owned and operated a Connecticut shellfish company for nearly a decade before selling the business and turning his focus to technology. He now runs an AI consulting practice and a small handyman business — the same business that exposed exactly how broken the homeowner-to-contractor experience really is. He taught himself to code so he could build the first version of Dandee end-to-end, and he ships the iOS and Android app today. At Dandee, he runs operations, engineering, and the daily reality of getting the app into every home in New England.
