Dandee Incorporated Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 26, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how Dandee Incorporated (“Dandee,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, processes, stores, and discloses information in connection with the Dandee mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the Dandee Terms of Use. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Dandee operates as a technology platform that enables homeowners to manage, track, and organize home maintenance activities and to connect with independent home service contractors. Because the Service involves the collection and processing of property-related information, maintenance records, and system data, Dandee implements commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect user information, while acknowledging that no system can be completely secure.

2. Information We Collect

Dandee collects information that users provide directly, information collected automatically through use of the Service, and information received from third-party service providers or integrations.

We may collect account and profile information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, usernames, passwords, contractor business details, licensing information, insurance documentation, and other registration-related data. Contractors represent that all information provided to Dandee is true, accurate, and complete.

We also collect and store property-related information (“Home Data”) necessary to provide the functionality of the Service. This may include property address, geographic identifiers, home type, square footage, year built, structural characteristics, and information relating to home systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, water heaters, appliances, and related components. Home Data may also include installation dates, model numbers, brand information, filter specifications, maintenance history, user-reported issues, and related maintenance preferences.

Users may voluntarily upload documents and files, including inspection reports, warranties, receipts, invoices, photographs, videos, and other property-related materials. These materials remain the property of the user. Dandee stores such content for purposes of enabling Service functionality, maintenance tracking, and user reference, and does not currently perform automated extraction or OCR processing unless explicitly disclosed in the future.

The Service may generate proprietary analytics, including Home Health Scores, maintenance insights, historical score tracking, engagement metrics, and recommendation outputs. These outputs are derived from user-provided data and internal methodologies, which may evolve or change over time.

We may also collect technical and usage data such as IP address, device identifiers, operating system, browser type, application activity, session data, error logs, and approximate location information. Where enabled by the user, the Service may access device features such as camera, microphone, photos, or notifications solely for user-initiated functionality.

Payment and subscription information is processed by third-party providers. Dandee does not store full payment card details or full banking information but may receive limited transactional metadata such as billing status, subscription type, and payment confirmation data.

3. Use of Information

Dandee uses collected information to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service. This includes enabling contractor matching, facilitating service requests, supporting scheduling and communication features, generating Home Health Scores and related analytics, processing subscriptions, providing customer support, improving system functionality, conducting product analytics, and complying with legal obligations.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information for research, product development, analytics, and operational improvement. Dandee does not sell personal information for third-party independent marketing purposes.

Dandee may share certain homeowner-provided information, including property details, maintenance issues, service requests, scheduling information, and related Home Data, with contractors matched through the Service to facilitate project discussions, estimates, scheduling, maintenance recommendations, and completion of requested services. Users acknowledge and consent to such sharing as part of the core functionality of the Service.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

Dandee utilizes third-party infrastructure and service providers to support the Service. These may include providers for hosting, authentication, data storage, payments, subscriptions, notifications, analytics, monitoring, and communications.

These providers may include Supabase, Stripe, RevenueCat, Apple, Google, Resend, OneSignal, Sentry, and Railway, as well as other similar vendors as the Service evolves. Each provider processes information under its own applicable terms and policies, and Dandee is not responsible for their independent actions outside the scope of applicable law.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Dandee may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Service, maintain authentication sessions, analyze usage, improve functionality, and enhance user experience. Users may disable certain tracking technologies through device or browser settings, though doing so may impact Service functionality.

6. Data Retention

Dandee retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain legitimate business operations. Users may request deletion of their account at any time.

Upon deletion, certain data, including Home Data, uploaded documents, maintenance records, and Home Health Scores, may be permanently deleted or anonymized, subject to legal, regulatory, or operational retention requirements.

7. User Rights

Subject to applicable law, users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. Users may also request data export where technically feasible. Subscription management for Apple App Store or Google Play purchases must be handled directly through the applicable platform.

Requests may be submitted to support@dandeeapp.com.

8. Security

Dandee implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect user data. However, no system can guarantee absolute security. Users acknowledge that use of the Service is at their own risk with respect to electronic data transmission and storage.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under eighteen (18) years of age, and Dandee does not knowingly collect information from children under this age.

10. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links or integrations to third-party websites or services. Dandee is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and access to such services is at the user’s own risk.

11. Changes to This Policy

Dandee may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
