Dandee Homeowner Transcript
This is the Dandee welcome screen for homeowners.
Click “homeowner”.
Where it reads I don't have an account, press “sign up” and make sure “homeowner” is selected, then enter your information.
Be sure to review the Dandee terms of use and privacy policy.
Verify your email and log back into the Dandee app.
Once signed in you will arrive at the Dandee onboarding screen.
Make sure to enter in your property type, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, square footage, the year your home was built, heating type, cooling type, the size of your garage, and the size of your yard to your best estimations.
Enter your address.
Choose a plan and press “complete”.
Welcome to your Dandee dashboard. Here you have service history, your quote management system, maintenance reminders, calendar, messaging, and a billing section to pay your invoices directly through the Dandee app.
At the bottom of the screen press “request”, this will bring you to the Dandee request form.
In this example we will choose “plumbing services”.
Today there is an issue with a leak under your kitchen sink.
Write a brief description, you also have the option to add photo or video. Enter the preferred date that you would like a plumber to visit, the time of the day and the urgency level that best fits your situation.
Notice there is an “urgent immediate response” option. This is for home fixes that require immediate attention.
If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please exit the app and dial 911.
Now, select a budget range you are comfortable with.
Once you are finished, select “submit request”.
On the top right of the screen, you will see a notification Bell.
Click the “Bell” to view a site visit request.
If the date works for your schedule, select “confirm”.
On the bottom tab, navigate to calendar, your confirmed site visit is now integrated.
You have the option to message, call, or email the contractor from here.
You also have the option to reschedule if needed.
Once work has been completed and an invoice has been received in app, Navigate to “my bills” you can review the invoice and pay directly through the Dandee app.
You can then enter a rating and review of your experience.
